When do you debit the amount from my account?
PayPal debits the money immediately from your credit card, PayPal account or bank account as you have requested. Can I add any more products to an order that I have already sent?
As it is only allowed to debit the amount given at the time of placing the order, we cannot add any more products to your order. So if more items are required, you will have to place a new order.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation when I ordered?
This is highly unusual as an order confirmation is sent out automatically at the time of placing the order. If you have not received an order confirmation, there can be a couple of reasons for this: you have either given the wrong email address or, if you use webmail (hotmail, yahoo, etc.) your mailbox could be too full to receive any mails.

How do I change my personal data?
Next time you place an order, you just type in your new personal data which will automatically be saved in our system.

Will the name/text come off the pacifier when I boil or sterilize it?
The name cannot be worn off by normal use. The method which is used to write on the pacifier does not come off by boiling, sterilization or normal use.

Is natural rubber and latex the same?
Yes, it is the same. Latex is technically referred to as natural rubber latex.

Why is the latex nipple part of my pacifier bigger on a used pacifier than on a new one?
Latex is a natural material which changes according to outside circumstances. When the pacifier has been used for a longer period of time, the latex softens due to heat and the more porous the rubber is the more liquid it absorbs and the nipple part expands. That is why the nipple part is bigger on a pacifier that has been used than on a new one.
It is recommended that you change pacifiers every 4-8 weeks, and it is very important to check the pacifiers regularly.

Should I choose latex or silicone for my child?
It is a matter of preference whether you choose silicone or latex pacifiers. Silicones are synthetic polymers that are relatively chemically inert, stable at high temperatures, and resist oxidation. Latex should be changed every 4-6 weeks as the nipple part changes colour and starts to swell. In general, silicone can be less resistant towards sharp teeth than latex. Some children bite more on the pacifier than others and you should always be aware of this.

How often should I change the pacifier?
How long you can use a pacifier depends on different things: if the child is using various pacifiers at the same time, how intensively and how often the child uses the pacifiers, etc. It is recommended that you change pacifiers every 4-6 weeks, and it is very important to check the pacifier regularly for fatigue or holes.

Water has entered the nipple on the pacifier - is this a defect?
The vast majority of all pacifiers in the world market are "air vent" pacifiers. That air vent is what has allowed water inside the nipple and it is perfectly normal. The pacifiers must be able to take in air and water to prevent children from developing bad tooth positioning. If water gets into the nipple during boiling, it can be gently pressed out afterwards and the nipple will fill with air again.
